Bank Gurantee

 A bank guarantee is used as collateral for various liabilities to and receivables from trading partners. It is an unconditional and irrevocable undertaking of the bank to pay a specified amount to the beneficiary in case of failure of the applicant (the bank’s client) to meet the terms of the agreement within the time specified in the bank guarantee.
