Direct Debit

This is one of the most effective methods of collecting receivables from payers by initiating the debiting of their accounts by the creditor (the client). The receivables are under the full control of the creditor, booked on the payment due date, without the need for reminders.

trade-hero

For companies with many incoming payments, it is important to receive payments on time, described in a way that allows for their efficient posting. Payers - especially consumers - have different payment habits. It is in the interest of the company (the creditor) to offer payment methods that will be convenient for payers and at the same time will allow the company to save time spent on reminding latecomers and on reconciling inflows, while improving its financial liquidity.

BENEFITS

Amount

Crediting the client's account with an amount always corresponding to the amount of the liability (no overpayments/ underpayments/ collective payments).

Date

The date of initiating the collection of the receivable is decided by the client (the recipient), not the contractor (the payer).

Renewals

Automatic renewals of transactions rejected due to lack of funds in the payer's account.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The entire process can be divided into two stages:

  • one-time obtaining of consent from the client,
  • cyclical collection of payments.

Direct debit is a safe and fully regulated service. We operate based on applicable laws and regulated in the interbank agreement on direct debit and the rules governing the activities of the National Clearing House.
