Tomasz Ossig

Director of the Brokerage Office 

Director of the Brokerage Office since April 2026. From August 2022, he served as Deputy Director of the Brokerage Office and Director of the Institutional Clients Office, previously Vice-President of the Management Board of Bank Handlowego S.A. Brokerage House, responsible for the Institutional Clients Office.

He began his career in 1993 at the Brokerage Office of Pomorski Bank Kredytowy S.A. w Szczecinie. From 2000, he worked in the Institutional Sales Department of CDM Pekao S.A. in Warsaw, where he subsequently assumed the position of Vice-Director. From August 2006 to July 2008, Senior Sales at ING Securities S.A. in Warsaw.

A graduate of the University of Technology and Agriculture in Bydgoszcz, holding a Master of Engineering degree from the Faculty of Civil Engineering. He completed Postgraduate Studies in Property Valuation at ART in Olsztyn, Faculty of Geodesy and Spatial Management. He holds a professional license in property valuation. He is the holder of a securities broker's license.

Agnieszka Rostkowska

Deputy Director of the Brokerage Office 

Since August 2022, she has served as Deputy Director of the Brokerage Office and Director of the Compliance and Internal Control Office. She joined Bank Handlowego S.A. Brokerage House in 2002, initially taking up the position of Director of the Risk Control and Compliance Office, and in 2018 assumed the role of Vice-President of the Management Board. Previously a Member of the Management Board and Head of Operations at Credit Suisse First Boston (Polska) S.A. Since 2014, Vice-Chairwoman of the Council of the Chamber of Brokerage Houses and Member of the Ethics Committee of the Chamber of Brokerage Houses. She served as Vice-Chairwoman of the Risk Committee of KDPW_CCP. Member of the Compliance Association. Member of the Stock Exchange Court at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Member of the Arbitration Court at the National Depository for Securities S.A. Arbitrator of the Court of the Chamber of Brokerage Houses. As part of the "Trampki na giełdzie" Foundation, she actively supports financial education for young people.

A graduate of the University of Management and Entrepreneurship B. Jański in Warsaw, where she obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Management. She completed Postgraduate Studies in Risk Management at the Warsaw Institute of Banking and the Euroforum MBA at the School of Modern Management, as well as postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics – Law and economics of the capital market.

Rafał Wiatr

Deputy Director of the Brokerage Office 

Since August 2022, he has served as Deputy Director of the Brokerage Office and Director of the Research Office. He joined Bank Handlowego S.A. Brokerage House in 1999. In 2002, he assumed the position of Director of the Research Office, and subsequently in 2007 the role of Vice-President of the Management Board. He began his career in 1995 working at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Over the following 2 years, he worked as an analyst at Moody's Investors Service in New York. From 1997, he was responsible for company research at Wood/Company.

A graduate of Baruch College City University in New York. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Łukasz Wydra

Deputy Director of the Brokerage Office 

SSince June 2026, he has served as Deputy Director of the Brokerage Office. Director of the Institutional Clients Office at the Brokerage Office of Bank Handlowy. He began his career in 2005 at CAIB Securities in the research department. Until 2012, he worked as a broker at UniCredit CAIB Poland. From 2012, he was associated with J.P. Morgan, initially with the branch in Poland, then with JPM Securities in London, where he worked as a Cash Equity Sales-Trader responsible for the CEEMEA region. He joined the Citigroup in 2020. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Finance and Banking.
